I came home one day from school to find that my Jerzille Menerzelle had been jumping on the couches, and jumped herself right off, onto the wood floor - leaving this gargantuan bumpage on her forehead.

She loves her daddy. Here she saw him coming up the stairs and got all excited..
Edited to add: it is now weeks later, and as the bump is no longer existing (and hasn't been present for a while now) there is a permantant-ish dent in its place. Not good at all.
