March Extras

She loves to color (unfortunately its usually on walls, furniture or herself)
She's feeding her 'hippy' to the rabbit

While in Logan visiting Sharli - we got to stay at Kamron's dad's house - Jersi was OBSESSED with their cat!!
Um hideous, but yes, this is my hair. I tried to curl it spirally - it sorta malfunctioned...

March A.H.C.'s

Um... apparently I have been far too overwhelmed this month to be crafty.  Whoops.  I feel like I did something, but I can't remember what it was dang it.  Oh well.

BUT, in other news I am going to brag for a moment and show you a picture of the Presidential Scholars list that they just displayed at my school...
(see my name?? woohoo woohoo!!)

I'm in Love!

My sister Sharli had her baby! Meet Atticus Henry Bronson:

March 23, 2012, 7 LBS 1 oz  Cutest thing ever!

I was able to get to the hospital the day after to visit her and the little man (and Dan too of course).  I was lucky enough to be able to go the next day too.  He is just so cute I can hardly stand it. I am totally in love with him. They live clear up in Logan, right now I really wish I didn't live so far away.

Sammi holding him...
 His cute little profile
My face is ridiculous here - but look at the admiration on Kamron's face. I love it.
My dad holding the little nugget (and my Aunt Penny making a funny face)

It's a very interesting (and very new) feeling for me, having a little sister become a new mom.  It has triggered a big sister - sort of protective type -feeling in me. Jonathan and Jen have two kids, but for me that was different, that was my brother and sister-in-law.  It is totally different when it is your little sister.  I want so badly to live up there - to be able to help her out when she needs it - watch the baby for her so she can catch up on some sleep, etc.  And on top of al that, I am completely and udderly in love with the little guy.

His outfit for the trip home (from me)

P.S. - Apparently this is what happens when you drive home from Logan with a bunch of tired kids...

Carrot Day

Today I hung this decoration on the door:

Oaklee got all excited - "Oh Mom!! Carrot Day is coming soon?"

This is What Happens....

When James comes to visit:
The kids go a little crazy-wild when he comes to visit.  it was a tackle all fest for a good twenty minutes.
 This picture cracks me up!

With all the craziness, Jersi just chilled on the couch.

When James went to leave he was insisting on hugs from everyone - Dayton nwas being silly and refused.  James piccked him up and sorta half threw him in the air. Dayton's teeth somehow connected pretty good with James' chin.  LOTS of blood.
Look - you can totally see the marks of two front teeth in his chin!

Toothless Twinner Magooneys

Kyndi and Oaks finally match in tootless-ness. Well, sort of.... They were both missing their two front teeth but by the time I got around to taking a picture, Kyndi had lost two more teeth! (3 teeth in about a week's time!)

Mr. Driver

Mr. Tyson is too grown up. This is him:

In the driver's seat!!!!! AAAAAAHHHHHH!!  He actually is a really good driver and I look forward to him getting his license so he can run my errands for me!

Oh How I Love These Two!!

One night Dayton couldn't sleep and all the other kids were sleeping so he came to our bed for a bit.  He crawled up to snuggle with daddy and fell asleep fast.  All at once he rolled over and put his arm around his dad.  They slept like this for quite a while - I couldn't bring myself to move him.  Too cute, I love them!

Pet Worm

Dayton came into my room to excitedly show off his new "pet"

Ya, she is deinnitely an outside pet! (actually he took it back outside and within a few minutes he couldn't remember where he put it...hopefully it really is lost outside and not in my house somewhere... gross!)

Jersi Speak and Dayton Too

Jersi can suddenly talk a mouthful! It's crazy! And the way she talks to is so cute.  Here's a list I compiled of everything  I could think of:

Jew-jee - Jersi
pitty - pretty
dye-dye - "dry-dry" (towel)
'pew-tee' - puter (computer)
Woo-wee - Woody
Hoos - Shoes
Buddy - Dayton (This is my favorite new word she has!)
Mow-th - Morrissa
Nee-nee (Kyndi)
ruffies - dogs
boodees - birdies
tat - cat
doe-th - toes
pees - please
psss - wipes
ope - soap
boat - remote
bone-tee - pony
elp - help
up - up
out - down
pod - iPod
poopy - poopy
yo-ho-ho - This is what she calls a cartoon called Jake and the Neverland Pirates
Mouth - Mickey Mouse
Bane-tee - Blankie
Marnee - Marty (The giraffe she sleeps with)
pay - play (with the kids)
jew-th - juice
hoe-th - horse
howth - house

I LOVE the way she talks!  Now days any word I tell her to say, she'll say and does a real good job at it!
She's recently become obsessed with pointing out the fact that everyone she sees (at our house, on tv, in stores, etc) has a nose and eyes.  She gets all excited about this.  Also, She now knows everyone's names in our house - and LOVES to name every perso in every picture she can find. ("Tys, Tate, Mowth, Ohwee, Nee-nee, Buddy")

As a side note, I want to mention that I also enjoy the way Dayton talks.  All C's K's Th's G's and a few other letters I can't think of right now all come out as D's

Damron - Kamron (he refers to his dad this way alot)
Dyndi - Kyndi
Someding - something
Duess what? - Guess What

But my favorite thing by far that he says is "siff" in place of "with" - "Dad can I doe siff you in duh dar?" (Dad, can I go with you in the car)  Love love love it!

Revenge of the Haircuts...

So I came home from running errands with Marrissa to find that Kamron had shaved his head bald while I was out - completely against my wishes! I was so upset! He was sound asleep taking a nap - so I decided fine, if he could shave his head against my wishes - I was gonna get that lonng awaited haircut against his wishes.  I found a haircut place that was open and headed straight.  I walked out about 40 miutes later with ...wait for it... a trim.
Ha!  The hairsylist talked me out of it. While I was waiting my turn I began to have a change of heart... I didn't wanna regret losing my long hair - because it took me 6 years to get it this way.  So we opted for a trim instad and a few more bangs.  As I left with a mere 1 inch trim, the hair stylist said, "that'll show him!"  Hilarious.

Oaks and Simba and a Pair of Boots

Oaklee loves Simba. She held him for a long time. And check out her fantastic boots!  (Both of which belong to Dayton)

Bone-tees

Jersi is obsessed with ponytail elastics - or as she calls them, "bone-tees" (ponies).  She loves them! She has a little container with compartments that has tiny elastics I use for her ponytails, she carries it everywhere she goes.  She opens it, spills them out and then excitedly collects them all.  So stinkin cute.

Then as I was taking pictures she decided to try out a new trick - crawling through the chair - she thought she was so funny!
