I lost the fight. The kids have taken over my bed one by one tonight. I am now on the floor. Perhaps I'll actually get to sleep this way!

 Jersi's fieldtrip was a success! After a huge fit of terror when she realized she was leaving the comfort of the preschool, she had a blast. Her favorite part was the "green tractor ride that was sooo bumpy"

Oh my gosh! I just realized my kindergartner had a field trip to the zoo today, he had to be there early. .. He's been counting down the days, and I forgot all about it this morning so he didn't get to go! Worst mom ever!

Two quotes from Jersi. .. 
"ugh, mom! Why did you get us in traffic? !" 
And (leaving the ice cream shop) "they sure do have spoons there"

And this my friends is what greeted Kamron in the secondary-water box in our front yard over the weekend. Yikes. Somehow he only got stung once.

According to Jersi, she and I "have a major crush ("trush") on Flynn Rider." She then told me I can have Flynn Rider cuz she's going to marry the frog (the chameleon).

Jersi loves her cousins. She told me today "I really miss dem"

They were playing Wii basketball together, the girls were excited to tell me they were winning. Dayton came up and whispered "mom, shhh, their's aren't even plugged in!"

Dayton has always called BYU "BIU" ...tonight he saw the Y lit up on the mountain and said, "mom look it's the Y for BIU!"

Check out the latest things the hoarder (Oaklee) has. One lip gloss is from my coat pocket, the other two lip glosses belong to students at her school... the envelope was on someone's desk at school and she thought it was pretty. .. She will be returning all of these items tomorrow along with an apology note for each one
