The night before the wedding we spent it at my mom's house. (With the wedding being in Bountiful, I didn't want to get up way too early to do the girls' hair, and then drive an hour to the reception center, etc.)
We had a rehearsal at the Eldredge Manor where we ran through the ceremony process a few times. With this process, Oaklee didn't like the idea of walking down the aisle, and Dayton LOVED it. He ran down in total excitement every time. (Quite a switch he took the next day as you recall from my previous post)
We next went to dinner. We ate at Robintinos. Along with my parents and my family and my kids and Kamron, we were also joined by Samantha and Sharli and Dan.
Upon arriving at my parents, we all headed up to the park by their house. Grandpa (aka my dad) gave rides to the park on the back of his motorcycle. I really wish I had pictures of this... Alot of fun was had
at the park as seen by the following pictures...
Somewhere along the line, Dan and Tyson decided to attempt climbing the pole to the top without using the slide for help... I never got Pictures of Tyson doing it (he was the first to accomplish the task) but here is everyone else...

Tate's crazy maniacal leap from the slide to the pole (let it be noted Sharli was afraid of simply the height of the slide - and this stunt of Tate's just "freaked her out")
This is how Dayton's forehead got a friction burn - he didn't mind though - he loved the slide! (Sharli burned her elbow here too.)
Apparently plugging one's nose prior to pole climbing helps alot.
She's too busy giggling to climb... and no clue what Dan is pointing at...
Dayton and Grandma (my mom) went to the top of the slide together - the intention was to go down together - apparently Dayton forgot to wait for her...
And here's grandma!!
Dayton climbs the pole
Even my dad climbed the pole!!
When Dayton first arrived at the park, and finally agreed to take off his shoes, he was completely delighted to be in sand. He had never been in sand before (parks now days all have woodchips and such). He was thrilled with the sand in between his toes. He ran around in the sand for a bit just to enjoy himself. (I missed all this as he got a ride on the motorcycle, and I was still walking) He told everyone who came to get in the sand. Pretty cute.
As a sidenote: I was razzed and razzed because I wouldn't attempt a pole climb - Kamron wouldn't let it go, so I gave in and we went back to the park later (just me and him) so that I could attempt the climb. Um, I sucked. Oh well.
Here's another picture - which I think was taken after the wedding, at my mom's house...
