Growing up we were taught how to politely answer the phone.
When the phone rang I would pick it up and politely say "Hello, this is Stefanie" Followed by other polite phrases such as "Hold on a minute please" or "No she can't come to the phone right now, may I take a message?"
Imagine my surprise today when Kyndi ever so politely answered the phone - "Who's this?!!"
Wow, someone really oughta teach her some phone etiquette.
