Pumpkin Painting Fiesta

I saw a cute blog post somewhere where the mom had the family paint their pumpkins rather than carve them.  Carving at this house with so many kids can get quite tricky and timely... This year I gave the kids a choice - paint or carve. Every single one of them opted for paint. It was messy and crazy, but still better than carving.

Left to Right: Tyson, Tate, Mine, Oaklee, Dayton, Kynd, Jersi, (carved one is Tate and Kyndi's from Jeremy's house) and Morrissa.

Jersi even painted a pumpkin!  Kamron was in charge of keeping her out of everyone's paint, but in he end we just gave her a pumpkin, took off her shirt, and gave her some paint. - She painted full-handed, and then ate some, then painted some more.  She actually did pretty well at keeping clean. Perhaps red wasn't the best option as she came away looking like she was covered in blood!

Jersi, all cleaned up!! (And apparently my camera is now capturing images of ghosts...)
