I told Dayton to go flush the toilet, somehow he interpreted that to mean "fall in the toilet" Really? How does one fall in while attempting to merely flush??
Apparently he was trying a new "Super Ninja" move. Seems he had stood on the stool and tried to flush the toilet with his foot resulting in wonderful crash landing into the toilet.
